Jill, CCNA - President
Jill is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and is on track to earn her MBA in the Spring of 2026. Since starting North Main Systems in 2013, she has brought energy, clarity, and a touch of humor to everything she does—because building great businesses should be both smart and enjoyable.
She is past the halfway mark on visiting all 50 states, and is in continual pursuit of the next amazing craft beer.
Chris, CCNA, CMNA - CTO
With over 30 years of experience in IT, Chris designs, defines and executes information systems for large and complex environments. He specializes in scalable hybrid cloud environments that the provide the highest availability and flexibility for clients. He works to ensure the lowest cost for high performance solutions.
When not working, Chris plays the guitar and loves to get in a good round of golf. Also channeling his inner-chemist, Chris brews quality adult beverages!
Connor, CCNA - Collaboration Specialist
“New phone who dis?” Won’t happen with Connor’s focus! Connor enjoys hockey, soccer, and staying active in any way he can. You may even catch him at BFit East or North depending on the day.
Joe - Technical Services
Joe came to NMS from a manufacturing background. He has a great attention to detail and never leaves a job until it is done to the customer’s satisfaction. He loves medieval history and visiting state parks! He’s been to Harmonie, Shawnee, Garden of the Gods, and Audubon Wetlands Trail. Where will he visit next?
Alex - Chief Accounting Officer
Alex oversees tax compliance and financial operations for the organization. She is responsible for maintaining regulatory adherence and financial accuracy. Her background in law informs her approach to compliance and documentation. Her role supports the organization’s financial integrity and operational continuity.
Matt - Cabling & Installation Services

Mully - Greeter, Moral Support
Mully brings a unique blend of enthusiasm and laziness to her role as HR Director. With years of experience greeting employees and visitors at the door and monitoring office morale, she has become a trusted leader in our office.
Mully excels at conflict resolution, team bonding, and reminding staff that sometimes all you need is a deep breath and a good nap.
